Round 14 Program Terms

The plain-English terms for buying a spot in a Round 14 live program. Version 1, July 10, 2026.

Who you are buying from

Round 14 is operated in partnership by Zac Rinaldo and Daniel Debattista in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us any time at hello@round14hockey.com.

What you are buying

A spot for your child in a live online group development program for hockey players age 13 to 16, run by Zac Rinaldo. The exact dates, number of weeks, and price are stated on the sign-up page for the specific run you are joining. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is by card, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

What is needed before your child joins

A signed Round 14 Participation Consent from a parent or legal guardian is required before the first session. The Photo, Video and Likeness Release is separate and completely optional, and saying no to it has no effect on your child's spot.

Refunds and cancellation

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise the live sessions, the format, and Zac's genuine attention, as described at sign-up. We do not promise hockey outcomes. No roster spot, ice time, tryout result, scholarship, or draft position is guaranteed or implied. The program teaches effort, habits, and character; what a player does with that is up to them.

Our responsibility

To the extent Ontario law allows, Round 14's total responsibility to you in connection with a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program. Nothing in these terms limits or removes any right you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or any other law that cannot be waived.

If something goes wrong

Talk to us first at hello@round14hockey.com. We would rather fix a problem than argue about it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
